Flexibility is the defining characteristic of this project. A new build that carefully incorporates refurbished brick and wood into its design, this spot was conceived as a single-family live/work space. The bottom-floor layout easily functions as an office during the day and, after hours, quickly converts to a living/rec room. Meanwhile, a separate entrance at the rear of the structure leads to a second story that houses several bedrooms and a carefully arranged living area that spills out onto a sizeable back deck.
